Transfer point question

I am not sure if this is right place to post but... need an answer quick and I know this is place where I can get answer quickly...

Can I transfer banked point that will come in June 2009 to somebody else before it is availabe to use?

Banked points can not be transferred.

But transfered points can be banked.
