Hi all , I don't write very much on here. But I have really enjoyed all your posts. We went on our first Disney Trip April/May of this year and loved it so so much that we re booked a cruise while we were still cruising..lol
We made a dummy cruise as we are wanting to do the Transatlantic in 2015. Have any of you done one of these yet ..??? I have been researching for our holidays and am loving wheat I'm finding...but researching flight prices is not so much fun. We have to fly into Orlando which is perfectly fine but as we will be finishing the cruise in Barcelona it's hard to sort out return flights without it costing over $3000 each.. Yet if we book return from Orlando and then just fly back to the US to come home we save almost $1000....
Has anybody had experience with this...???

I will write up again our travel plans once I set up an itinerary of sorts...lol. As Disney Cruise Line only released dates until April 2015

Many thanks in Advance

Vicky

We have not done the transatlantic but we did do the Europe cruise a few years ago and looked into the transatlantic as an option. There was a great Lufthansa around the world flight that took us to Barcelona, then Orlando then home for $1600 each. There was no problem with doing the Europe/USA leg on your own.

We did the 2010 Westbound Transatlantic leaving from Barcelona. The 4 of us truly loved it and my daughters met some Aussies from Brisbane and still keep in contact.

We flew MEL/LAX/NYC/LON/PAR/BCN, Cruise, MCO/LAX/MEL.

The Transatlantic cruises are value for money and the 14 nights go quickly! :)

We are going to do the Eastbound cruise... We are going to go to WDW again for a little then the cruise then spend 2weeks in the UK so hubby and the kids can meet my family after all these years.

So ours will be PER/SYDNEY/LAX/MCO. Then cruise then BAR/LON/PER

I have a while to keep looking into it hopefully I can find a nice cheaper one.. I have been checking the round the worlds but maybe I should look into the a bit more..????

We are doing the 2014 Barecelona to San Juan and the cheapest option for us was to do Perth to LA return and fly one way to Europe any other option was crazy prices.

I can't offer any advice, but wanted to say what a fun trip that sounds like it's going to be. As does yours WAMumof4.
