Trans from Train Station to Disney

We are looking to take the Train to Orlando and have a few questions:

1) How far is the station from WDW

2) What type of tranportation is there from the Train Station to WDW and Back?

It only showed the airport. We need one way to the train station would that be about $40 and would that accomodate 2 adults and 2 kids?

We also rented a car from Hertz. They have a booth at the station.

You can call Mears Shuttle to pick you up. We called them from my cell phone about 5-10 minutes before we arrived at the Train Station in Orlando and they were waiting for us when we got off the train. It was great!
