Trams

What time do the trams start running? we are needing to catch an EARLY character breakfast but were wanting to walk to the toy story lot and catch the tram from there.. but im just wondering how early they start running?

also our other breakfast is at PCH.. is there a charge for parking there if we have a meal there? trying to see if we need to take the tram in and walk over to that hotel for surfs up as well or if we can drive and park there.

You can park at the hotel parking structure and have your parking ticket validated after your meal. Then you can go park at either M&F or TS lots.
