Need some advice....and please not about safety issues, I am fully aware of those, thanks :flower3:

Right now I currently own a 15 foot round trampoline, but am in need of a new one...here are my choices

Propel 15 foot by Sears, vit is on backorder but they CLAIM? It should be in by May 26... This trampoline holds 300 pounds which is great seeing how my son is 10 and is 100 pounds and then neighborhood kids come over...

Sky walker 15 foot by SAMs Club this is a round as well and holds. 250 pounds...my favorite coloring it's green, blends with the grass so not such an eyesore...

Lastly, Sky Walker 13 foot SQUARE by SAMs club....this holds 275 pounds and the legs on this guy are so sturdy.

I did measure the square a neighbor has it and the jumping area is 11 x 15, and on circle the jumping area is 13.3 x13.3...

The square is about 150.00 more but the legs being so sturdy it doesn't bother me. But then again I am just so torn about size and shape..

Please if any one has any suggestions or comments, please let me know...

Thanks again....:confused3

I don't have personal experience, but I would probably choose whichever one is the sturdiest and holds the most weight.

I am also toying with the idea of one of these but have to check out our home insurance first. I don't want any surprises!

fwiw, I asked around and always get the answer that Jump Sport is a good brand. they are on the pricey side, but might be worth it for peace of mind.

I'd go for one that holds the most weight and has a good, sturdy walls.

We had one when my girls were younger. As my older DD became a teen her and friends would just sit on it and talk.

I think that was one we bought. It was worth the extra money.

We have a 15' round from BJ's wholesale club. It replaced a 13' round that we had purchased about 5 yrs ago. I would get the largest and highest weight limit trampoline that you can fit and afford. Considering you have a boy he will be bigger and heavier as the years go on, so bigger is better in that case. The square and rectangle tramps are designed more for acrobatic tumbling as they have a truer bounce than a round one, if you are just using it for fun and not gymnastics type training then one is no better than another in that count.

I'm not sure how you are figuring a 13' square trampoline has a 11x15 jumping area though :confused3

I would highly recommend getting the safety net enclosure regardless of what model you decide to go with.

I know about the 11x15 area doesnt make sense. But my neighbor has one and we measured it. It is 11 feet across and 15 from corner to corner. This is the actual jump pad excluding springs. We also measured my 15 foot circle and it is 13.4 for jump area. I am thinking i am gonna go with the square..Thanks for the help :thumbsup2
