Hi,
I am going to Paris next thursday and land at 9.25. The last fast train (thalys) leaves at 9.55.

Was wondering if anyone knew if I had a mission in hell of catching it? Have tried to look up airport maps and things but don't have a clue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Many thanks.

The TGV from CDG to DLRP leaves every 40 minutes or so during the day - if you miss one just catch the next one

If you have to get luggage and get to the train station I doubt that you'd make it in 30 minutes - does it have to be the Thalys train?

whoops just realized that you may be using American time and are talking about 2125hrs, not 925am - is that correct?

I still think that 30 minutes is tight, especially if you land in terminal 1

No not american, flying in from belfast. landing at terminal 3

Sorry meant, 9.25pm.

Don't fancy getting the longer train seeing as we are arriving late as it it... typical belfast. you don't get much choice in flights having to live here!

I very seriously doubt you could do it - I'm not even sure if there is a train at that time. I didn't think that the Thalys runs between CDG and DLP, and the last TGV is at 21.05. I'm very sorry if I'm giving you bad information - and if you have any different info, it would be most welcome for the Useful Info sticky :)

How many of you are travelling? For four or more people, a private shuttle can compare very reasonably in price, and is by far the easiest way to get to DLP.

Hi glitterstar!
Glad you found your way over here :)
Hope you manage to arange transport ok!

At that late hour, I would reserve a private shuttle.

I think bavaria is a bit mistaken. The TGV does not leave from CDG to DLP every 10 minutes. There is one about every hour up until about 9pm or so.

Whoops! thanks for catching that, Morgan - it should be about every 40 min or so during the day, methinks! off to edit my original post so as to not mislead anyone..... :teeth:

Hi everyone. Thanks for all your help!

Have decided on a shuttle. Found a company that does them. Is just 36 euro for me and my boyfriend.

Don't think I could be bothered with running around that time of night when I'm working all morning. Only 5 days to go - can't wait!!!

Have nice Christmas all!

Hi i am also travelling from Belfast but on the 14th January. Our flight does not get in untill evening and i agree there is not enough flights from Belfast i think there is only 1 every day and with the arrival time being so late it spoils the day of fun
i think i will get the vea shuttle bus.

Depending when your flight gets in I would check the VEA timetable as they stop running earlier in the winter. You will find the timetable on their website www.vea.fr/uk .
