Hi, I was wondering how are the training for the CP? Do we all go to a specific location and learn how to perform our role, do we go to the specific ride or area we were assigned? How long does it last? Thanks!!! BTW I'll be doing attractions on the Falll:cool1:

For training, the length can vary depending on the location/role. It can run from anywhere from a few days up to a couple of weeks. But the training will take place at the location where you will be working.

Do you have to dress up for training? Do the same dress code rules apply for both traditions and training? TIA!

Your first day or two will probably be what is called a property orientation ... this is done in business casual attire, and usually consists of a tour of the park you'll be in, plus some classroom work. After that, the other training days will be what is known as "On The Job Training" (OJT), which will be in costume for your role, and will take place at your work location.
