Train Transportation

My family & I will be flying to Disney this November. My mother-in-law will be joining us as well, but will be taking the train (she doesn't fly). Does anyone know the cost of a taxi from the train station to the Port Orleans resort? Or does anyone have any suggestions for transportation for her? Thanks!

From the Orlando station it is (according to MapQuest) just under 19 miles. From the Kissimmee station it is just under 13 miles. Based on current taxi fares, it would be about $39 from Orlando and about $30 from Kissimmee. Note both strations handle checked luggage.

this might cause controversy and it is not my intention. We take the train every trip. One year my sister went also. We get off in Orlando, she got off in Kissimmee. We beat her by an hour. We both stayed at the same resort.
Can't offer any other information with taxi rates, as we always use ****** transportation. $90 round trip any number of people. ( we might have payed more when we had 20+ ppl but that is expected). i've heard Mears is $16 each way pp, but idk i've never used them.

We had the same situation last year. My dad does not fly and took the train alone. From the Kissimme train station to the resort, we were staying at Shades of Green, with tip he spent $50 each way.
