Train for Paris to DLP

I'm working on the budget for our upcoming Paris-DLP trip. What is the train fare from Paris to DLP? We are staying at the Marriott Rive Gauche, so we'll have to take the Metro from the Saint-Jacques station to the RER, then out to DLP. If I understand it right, if I take the RER out of Paris, I have to use a different ticket? (We plan on getting a couple of carnets of metro tickets) Also anyone know the train fare to Versailles from Paris?

I think the cost from Paris to DLP is about 6- 7 Euros for a single ticket. You can get returns.
When we have gone the oppposite way we have got a mobilis ticket which is about 13Euros for return trip and unlimited use of metro that day

The transport system is in zones and all stations within a zone are the same price.

Hi Lori,

As suggested, A mobilis ticket would be the cheapest for you. A mobilis ticket will give you unlimited travel around Paris on the Metro, RER and the bus. When you view a transport map of Paris you will notice that the map is split into zones. When you buy a Mobilis ticket, you will be asked what zones you want. All tickets start in zone 1. Disney (station = Marne La Vallee) is in Zone 5. So you would need the Mobilis 1-5 which costs €13.65 for adults (half price for children).

To get to Disney, it would be quickest to walk to Denfert-Rochereau and take the

in the direction of Aeroport Charles de Gaulle 2 TGV. If you get off at Chatelet-Les Halles you can then transfer onto the

. You want to head in the direction of Marne-la-Vallee Chessy. Disney is the last stop on the line.

It's worth noting that

splits into two lines. One goes to Disney and the other doesn't! When stood on the platform at Chatelet-Les Halles you should notice a large board above the platform with a load of place names on it. One of the last place names will be Marne-la-Vallee Chessy. When a train pulls in, make sure the light next to Marne-la-Vallee Chessy is lit before you get on the train. If it isn't, wait for the next one!
