Trail's End Resturant

There is also a resort boat that runs from Ft.W to Contemporary and then WL. We stay at Ft.W and take the boat to CR for Chef Mickeys.

We ate there like 3 times last time! This is are fav restaurant so far - the food is awesome and so is the service.

Thanks travelbug and MarcyinPA I appreciate the directions alot. I wondered if we would have to drive. Once were on site I hate to drive, leave that to the disney buses. I read that there is no PS though! How long are the line ups? I have a 3,5, and 8 year old and leaving MK is going to be hard enough let alone get them to the buffet with a line up. Any ideas feel free:sunny: :sunny:

Hulabird: The petting zoo and pony rides are great! The kids will love them!

Disneyof3: The lines are never long. Most of the time we get in with no wait - but sometimes at dinnertime there are a few in front of us. But it always goes by fast!

And if you have a wait there is a playground right outside the Trail's End. You can sit in the rocking chairs on the porch and watch the kiddos play!

Really, though, I've rarely seen more that a 5 minute wait.

Hate seeing this on the board because it use to be the only "unknown" Disney restuarant for us really crazy disney addicts. Food is the same generally as the hoop de and is always a few dollars less then the other all you can eat buffetts. So if you go there promise to tell eveyone else it is a terrible place.

LOL

Have fun

LOL:p :p :p

Had to laugh at this because I am always posting how wonderful this place is, never realizing that I might have to wait in a long line next time because of my positive reviews!!!

Having been only for breakfast, we have always arrived around 9 a.m. and have never waited for a table. Don't know much about lunch and dinner though.

And my kids love playing on the playground. We let them play after breakfast while we wait for the boat to come back (if it isn't there waiting!) Then we "run" to the dock! LOL

Have a great time!!

We went in June and the food was awsome! No waiting and great service. The fried chicken and peel n eat shrimp were yummy...all of the food was great! We are going back in Sept. and want to try their breakfast, too.::MinnieMo

Here's another vote for Trail's End. We ate breakfast there on our just ended trip. It was terrific and the service was also great. We did have about a 10-minute wait at around 10:00 am.

Ok maybe I'm stupid, (I don't think I've ever even been to a buffet:earseek: ) but why is there a server at a buffet? Also on the menu at allears it said coffe and hot tea is included, is it extra for milk or orange juice? Thanks for helping a newbie!

Typically the servers at the buffets will bring and replenish your drinks as well as clear your dirty plates and silverware.

They would handle any special requests you might have as well as take pictures w/ characters, etc. if needed.
