Has anyone had luck booking Thanksgiving dinner at TE? When searching for a dinner ADR time, I was only given the option to search breakfast (with only breakfast's operating hours showing at the bottom). I'm assuming that they simply haven't decided the operating hours for the holiday week yet. Thanks!

Several years ago I had a hard time getting a reservation for dinner during prime HOLIDAY week. Just had to keep trying and after a few weeks it all opened up. Heard from others sometimes as you suspect Disney doesn't open some places ADR window until they have made certain determinations I suspect in a week or so if you keep checking you'll do fine

I would suggest Boma instead. A number of years ago we did TE for Thanksgiving dinner and had a not so great experience. We made an early dinner ADR but they were so crowded we waited a long time to be seated. When we got in the tables were on top of each other you could barely move and the food kept running out and was not getting refilled very quickly. We have done Boma a few times and love it! They have a nice variety of Thanksgiving food and their regular food.

Thanks, I've made a backup dinner ADR elsewhere, just in case. I've found that we've had to wait a long time for our past few TE ADRs, but it's my mom's favorite and she always requests it.

Do you remember what they had that was more Thanksgiving style? My husband's only request is traditional Thanksgiving food. I thought this would be easy but finding it not so much...

It was many months ago so I may be wrong with the info I am providing but am pretty sure they offered turkey as one of the meats and cranberry chutney or something like this and some type of sweet potato dish. I think they had a few other potato dishes and possibly a cornbread dish. Can’t remember if they had stuffing or what vegetable dishes they had. There was a variety of salads. For the kids Mac and cheese and spaghetti and meatballs plus some other things. For desserts they had some type of mini pumpkin something and possibly a mini pecan pie along with zebra domes and other desserts. For African food there were breads/pitas/crackers with hummus and other spreads and a variety of soups plus entrees which I am unable to recall. Hope this helps.

I am trying for Whispering Canyon Cafe and am having the same trouble. All that is showing is breakfast. I have signed up for the reservation finder on Touring Plans. I hope they will be able to find something when it finally opens up.
