Traffic on 95 S Thanksgiving weekend?

Hi all,

I was planning on driving to WDW from NJ, departing on the last Sunday of November, and as it turns out, this is the Sunday after Thanksgiving! I was wondering if the traffic would be unbearable since it is the Sun after a holiday. Would we be better off leaving Monday? Or possibly later Sunday like 7pm. I ws originally planning on leaving early am on a Sunday (6am or so) and driving half way. Now since it's a holiday weekend, I'm not sure what to do or what to expect.

ANY input would be helpful. Thanks!

We have been on I95 southbound on the Saturday &/or Sunday after Thanksgiving several times. The heavier traffic seems to be heading north. However, I would highly recommend making a hotel reservation ahead of time. We usually do not make reservations ahead of time, but we got caught one time - the Saturday after Easter - without a decent hotel to sleep in.
