Traffic After Army/navy Game In Philly

Does anyone go to the Army/Navy game in Philly? What time should the traffic around the Linc be cleared out? (Gametime for Army/Navy is 2:30) We have a Flyers game to go to at 7:30. DH and I disagree about what time we should leave. We should only run into traffic around the sports complex since we will be coming from MD, taking 95 N to Broad and Patterson. TIA.
