Traditional Poutine at refreshment port outside of Canada

Is anyone else as excited as I am for the new traditional poutine?? I liked the signature poutine but it didn't have the classic awesomeness of brown gravy I love. If they fix the cold cheese curd issue it will be amazing! Hope it is still around in September!!

We just had it the first week of June after having it in April. Very good!!

I’m still doubtful of the quality of their cheese curds, not squeaky enough

Cheese curds are so strange to me. I've never been able to try them because they freak me out
