Here are the traditional highs and lows from our Halloween Season trip.
This was our third trip this year (damn those APs) and our first ever in the Halloween season. Seeing Main Street U.S.A and Frontierland decorated for halloween was fantastic.
We stayed on site at Disney's Hotel Cheyenne in Running Bear, which was nice and handy for the parks and we had a room with bunk beds for a change.
Highs:
Weather was nice and warm for the time of year apart from the odd rain shower here and there.
WOW Maleficent's Court is just fantasic you don't recognise the area with the huge dragon there.
Mickey's Halloween Celebration parade was fun.
The Maleficent Disney Villains Promenade was OK but could have been longer.
Bistrot Chez Remy - We had lovely meal here and meet a French couple also with a ShellieMay bear.
Meeting Goofy Bonbons and Jack in the Cemetery and Stitch and Minnie at Halloween Costume Corner.
We bumped into a few Facebook friends and DIS board people too - hello Donald Ducks Wife! and a few of our CM friends and it was nice to catch up on news and gossip from around the Park.
Well a high for us but not for the poor Guests involved was watching the rescue of a boat load of Guests in POTC when the ride went 101 while we were having a meal in the Blue Lagoon. Our beach front table was infront of the rescue pontoon.
Lows:
The rain. - Just the odd shower here and there.
It's a Small World and Casey Junior were closed during our trip. We both like a ride on IASW at least once on a trip so this was a bit of a downer. And with Casey being closed DW was not able to ride her favourite coaster in the park.
I thought it was a great shame theat there was no Halloween parade music CDs available in any shops in the park to buy. Would have liked to have brought these home with us to listen to.

Our next trip is scheduled for June next year staying at the Newport Bay Club. But I think we will be going again in Feb for this years Shareholders AGM.
