Trading in points for Ocean Beach Club hotel, VA

We are considering going to the Ocean Beach Club hotel in Virginia Beach VA using our DVC points this year. It is within driving distance from us, to save on airfair, and has a beach on site. HH is too far to drive, so that is out for us.

Anyone stayed here? Opinions?? We have 2 young children.
