trading in park hopper towards annual pass

Back in 1999 we had a bad experience at the Disney Institute. The manager mailed us 7 park hoppers(1 day) as compensation for it. My question is can I bring them into the Disney Store when the Premium annual passes I ordered come in and get credit ?We ordered them from the DS so we could apply the DC discount. Thanks

You cannot apply the comped tickets to an upgrade of any pass.
So, do check the back of the pass to see if it says "complimentary".
If it does not you can only apply one pass to the purchase of the annual and I doubt you can do that at the Disney store. Only at a Guest Service window.

I appreciate the info. I'm still trying to locate them in boxes since we moved. I haven't gone through everything yet. I'm actually trying to decide if its worth it to go on the hunt. By the way, we will be purchasing 9 PAP so I assume I'll be able to apply one to at least 7 of them(if they are not comp). If anyone knows exactly please let me know before I purchase all of these PAPs--Thanks

You cannot apply them to a DS purchase, you can only do this at the parks.
