Trade Wanted: Member to Member Reservation wanted: 12/2010 - Point transfer

Hi. I'm wondering if anyone who owns at Bay Lake or Boardwalk or Animal Kingdom or Beach Club would be willing to book a reservation for me for December and accept points (transferred from me to you) as payment. I'd be happy to add a premium to the points if you like. Our use year is June.

I own at OKW, but would like to secure a reservation for our birthdays at a different resort this year. In 2009 we were wait-listed forever and wound up staying at OKW, which was fine, but we want to do something different, and I was thinking this was the best way to make it happen.

Our dates are December, 2010: 7-8-9 out on the 10th.
Room type: One Bedroom Unit

These are the places we would like to stay and the points needed:

Bay Lake Tower - Magic Kingdom View - 102 points; or
Animal Kingdom Villas - Kilimanjaro Club Concierge - 90 points; or
Boardwalk Villas - Boardwalk View - 72 points; or
Beach Club Villas - 75 points

Please drop me an e-mail if you can help. We live in Orlando, so there aren't any travel complications on our end. This is a simple reservation.
I can transfer points now that would expire May 30, 2010 or if you prefer, I could tranfer OKW points after June 1st that would be good for a year.
