trade 2 day plus pass

We purchased a 2 day plus pass from one of the ticket vendors that we heard about from mousesavers. We have now decided to go for a longer time and want to get longer passes. Will Disney take these on a trade for a longer pass, like a 5 day?

Any valid unused or partially used pass can be upgraded. However, you can only use one old pass per new pass; you cannot use two 2-day passes (plus cash) to upgrade to a 5-day pass.

Disney will let you upgrade the tickets but will only credit you the wholesale amount paid by the ticket broker, from what I understand.
