Tracy Outlet Mall

Okay, there seems to be some conflicting info online. Everything references this outlet mall as a Primeoutlet, but they don't have it on their website. I did find the below information. Can anyone confirm it? Also, how far off of I-5 is the mall?
Can I expect to find some pins there? How much will they run?

I have a new "wannabe" pin trader, and still remember how much we spent on those silly things two years ago, so trying to perhaps save a bit??? Thanks so much.

When I checked a couple of months ago, the one in Tracy had closed down - it was a temporary location.

After reading through some of these various threads we found several people had purchased pins from this site with good results:

They currently have a sale and can get a grab bag of pins for $1.75/each. Our concern was that they wouldn't be tradable, but they are okay and there weren't any we really wanted to keep.

The Tracy Disney Outlet store is currently open, but it is only temporary. I'm not sure how long it will be open, but last year when it was here, it was here into February sometime. The outlets are just off I-205 only a few minutes from I-5. It's the first exit off I-205 in Tracy. I don't know what they have this time because I haven't been in there yet, so I can't help you there.
