tracking resale costs?

Hey all --

First, apologies in advance if I create work for a moderator, I'm not sure I'm in the right place, but Mousecellaneous always seems a safe bet.

Here's my question: does anyone know, offhand, if there's a way to track resales? Or at least some portion of them?

I would be interested to see the trajectory of the market for the past year or so. That way, I'd be able to understand if there's a significant savings to be realized right after the new rules kick in. Right now, I'm only looking at what people want, not what gets paid, and there's bound to be some difference there. Is there?

You can get some information about sales over the past year or so from the ROFR thread. You should be able to see asking price, status of the points and selling price.

TwingleMum, resale purchases after March 20 will not be allowed to use those points for the Disney Collection, Concierge Collection or Adventurer's Collection. All resales purchased prior to that date will still have all current benefits.

Unless those non-DVC options are special importance to you, nothing will change regarding a resale purchase.
