Here are a few of the nicer photos I took this past week at the TPC @ Sawgrass during the Tuesday practice round (cameras are only allowed during practice rounds...)
Also, a question: it seems that the skies in a lot of my photos are overexposed and washed out. Any suggestions on correcting that while still getting in enough light for the rest of the images (the non-sky portions).
Agapanthus flowers in front of the clubhouse:
A side view of the flag and bulkhead on the 4th green:
The sun rising behind a stately oak tree covered in spanish moss:
A great egret soaring past on the wind. It hopped out of a tree nearby and flew right past me, not time to change any settings so it isn't as crisp as I would have liked for capturing it in mid flight:
The famous 17th hole island green:
Lastly, a full view of the gorgeous clubhouse. Absolutely beautiful building all around:
Any comments, critiques, or suggestions welcome!
ETA: Here is one where the sky turned out nearly white but the rest of the image was a bit dark. Sun was to the left, lens hood was on - how can I compensate for the brightness in a clear sky like this?
