Toys R Us Reward Dollars

I am going tomorrow to use my reward certificate for a free Leapster Explorer game for my daughter's new LeapPad. I have some rewards dollars too and I'm hoping they have a case for the LeapPad. If they don't, I am going to look for something to put in DD's Easter basket.

I had $17 for now and $16 for later. Found a clearance (probably a return) item for DS's birthday and have $5 for now left over. It's a great ploy to get you into the store in January when you might not normally shop.

I thought the policy if you return the item bought with the certificates was a little extreme. You just lose all the value. No option to get it back to spend on something else.

What I want to know is, I am supposed to have 39 dollars in reward money, but I could only print 19 dollars in coupons! The front page said I've earned 39 with the spending I've done during the promotional period. I am very confused and there doesn't appear to be any way to contact them by email. Anyone have an email contact?

Mine said $39 at the top also and I received $25 yesterday. In the email it states that more coupons will be issued on or around 1/13/12.

I used my coupon for a free Leapster Explorer Tinkerbell game today (price for the game was $24.95 but got it for free ) but could not use my rewards dollars towards a case for my daughter's LeapPad because accessories for video games are excluded. So I bought a package of 20 Duracell AA batteries instead which was on sale for $9.99 and used my $9 in rewards towards that. I had no trouble "stacking" the rewards- I had one reward for $4 and one for $5 and used both to purchase the batteries. I have more reward dollars that are valid after January 13th and hope to purchase a Wuggles kit for my daughter's birthday using those. I think TRU has Wuggles, right?
