Toys R US Canceled Order - Choo Choo Express

Well toys r us is famous for this I ordered a playskol doll house for my niece 4 years ago in Oct. that had been back ordered so many times I cancelled order and bought it elsewhere when I happened to see it. and my order was a direct toys r us or not a paypal or other discount involved.

Yes if the item isn't important enough to zip into the store to get (and if it is from Santa then why would the child be with you?) then it hardly seems important enough to complain about the order being canceled...........

For many of us it is not so easy to "zip" into a store. For me, I do not exactly live close to these retailers. The wife's work schedule does not match mine. And at this time of the year I am not sure there is such a thing as "zipping" even if you do live close. The check out lines look crazy! Just saying ....

This is VERY true. I live a fair distance from a town with big stores. I try to buy most things online partly because of that. I also don't have a lot of time without the kids. I think telling someone they should just zip in and buy it themselves is presumptuous.

I have it saved to my DVD Recorder! I love that machine. I also have Tinkerbell and Tinkerbell and the Lost Treasure. With the satelite dish and Playhouse Disney, I'm able to record what ever is on.

I have all the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse episodes saved on the DVD Recorder and I can make my own DVD's with about 3 hrs on each. It even lets me choose a menu style.

That same thing happens to me almost every time I order anything off Walmart's website. Their customer service is horrible too. I won't ever order online from Walmart again.
