I used them last year, and I was very unhappy. I wound up cancelling my order with TRU because they didn't have everything I ordered on the first day, but it was there the second day, and they wouldn't send it to me. Anyway...since they didn't have the item I wanted and they had already shipped it, I wanted a refund on my shipping..since they were at fault for cancelling part of my order.
So, I got the emails, shipping labels, sent everything back. Easy right?? Nope..somewhere between TRU and Bill me later they lost part of my refund, and bill me later kept on charging me. No matter how many times I told them to contact TRU that I was refunded all my money. BTW...bill me later wanted me to snail mail them the info. Well, I refused..I told them I am not paying to send them snailmail when I didn't do anything wrong.
THis went on for months, including phone calls to home about my bill being over due. Each time nothing happened. ANd yes, I did talk to TRU and told them that it is between them..that soemthing is missing from the electronic financial feed they send over.
Finally a sane intelligent finally called me from BML, and she gave me a fax number to send info too, I did. It was finally resovled.
But I will NEVER EVER EVER do buisness with BML again. Their customer service and responsiblity of issues and fixing them was HORRIBLE!!
Was not worth the 10.00 I would have saved. I also will never order from TRU.com ever again
