Toy Story Ultimate Toy Box Collection

I was wondering if anybody has the Toy Story Ultimate Toy Box Collection as it apparently comes with blu-ray, dvd, and digital copies of all three movies. If anybody has this set, can you tell me if the digital copy is a standard def version or high def version? Also, I don't have any movies with digital copies capability so can someone let me know if I can import these digital copies onto an ipad2 or are they only allowed on iphones or vice versa? Thanks
