Toy Story Shuttles

What time does the Toy Story lot open and the shuttles start. We just woke up for our first morning, hubby just asked me that, and I can’t find the answer when I googled.

I know this is a little late, but the lot is suppose to open an hour before regular park opening. It is not open for EMH/MM parking.
