Toy Story Pizza Planet in MGM?

I know that all the counter service places in MGM are considered not that great, but is Toy Story Pizza Planet a fairly safe bet for at least edible food? Not expecting gourmet but how much really can go wrong with a pizza? Also, does this place have indoor seating?

We liked it. They do have indoor seating, but just a quick warning - it is adjacent to the arcade area, so it can be tough to keep the kids in their seats! As far as the food goes, it is decent and plentiful. Not as good as homemade, but on par with cheap chain pizza places, IMO. We were on the DDP, and found that 2 meals were enough to feed the 4 of us because a meal there is a personal-size pizza, nice sized side salad, a cookie and a drink.

pizza planet is one of my 2 favorite CS in all of Walt Disney World. The salad and pizza combo is a nice change from burgers and fries. The place does have indoor seating, but it's right in the middle of a giant arcade. That being said, I usually sit outside.

Thanks for the replies and especially the info about the arcade. We will be there in December so if it's cold, I guess I will have to decide which would be worse: noise or cold!

DW and I ate there in Oct 2007. It was good and the pizza was filling. We each had pizza and coke and walked out full.Will eat there again for lunch .

With the DDP we used 1 CS each and got a pizza and a small salad, dessert, and soda/Dasani. It was a good, quick meal! The arcade itself is cute, and apparently two-story (I cannot do stairs so I did not go up). There is seating both inside and out. We will go back on the next trip!

We eat there everytime we've gone to MGM.
The pizza is pretty good, hot and fresh.
My DS loves the arcade and the Toy Story theme.
We try to sit upstairs because doesn't seem as noisy because you're
not right next to the Arcade Games.
It'll be Fun, you gotta try it!!

You might be right about getting conned into the arcade games! Especially if there is an air hockey table.

Usually on these PP threads I'm in the minority. I'm gald to see that's not the case this time. We really enjoy PP. The pizza is pretty good and the salads always seem to hit the spot. Its a good sized meal for CS and if you are on the DDP, its a very good deal.

This was one of our favorite CS meals. The pizza and salad were good and the kids liked the mickey shaped rice krispie treats.

PP is the only counter service in MGM that we eat at anymore. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the veggie pizza (I think it is called the junk yard special?). It always tastes so fresh and is not as greasy at the regular pizzas.

Really liked it. Ate there just last week but sat outside so we didn't hear the noise from the arcade.

We also always eat CS at Pizza Planet. I agree with those who say to sit upstairs. I like to sit by the window, gives the kids something to look at instead of video games.
