I just received an email from Disney Dining and the headline is" Toy Story Midway Mania
Closing" is this true? I can't open the email. Well, I can, but, it doesn't say anything about
the closing, it only tells what to bring to the parks..
Can anyone clarify this? And if it's true, when will it close?

Yep, one day only to make queue changes to accommodate the new third track.

If you have an FP+ for that day, they will reschedule for something else. So far I have only heard of people getting RNRC, which isn't too bad if you like that ride.

It's only closing for one day, March 15. It will be open again the next day. (They are reconfiguring the queue in anticipation of adding the third track this summer.)

I do think it strange that they are replacing TSMM fastpasses that day with RNRC passes. RnRC is a thrill ride with a height requirement while TSMM is a family ride without one. I bet there will be folks who won't want or be able to use a roller coaster pass. I assume they're doing a tier 1 swap but an open ended pass would have been better.

Yeah the disney dining article is poorly written: "In an unexpected announcement Walt Disney World has said they will close Toy Story Midway Mania on March 15th, 2016 at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. We are told the closure is to do with work related to the addition of a third ride track which they now confirm will open Summer 2016."

Totally makes it sound like it's closing March 15th and not reopening until Summer 2016.

Anyway, I'm glad we chose March 14th as our HS day!

Our FP's have also been cancelled for that day. Second one of the trip (Kali). I was annoyed but trying to make the best of it. I switched all of our FP's to early morning so i can hopefully get Frozen show for the afternoon. I have a 6YO and 2YO so neither can ride RnRC. Me and my wife will use the 3 FP's on that one. Too late to switch park because all the headliners will be taken and we have reservations for dessert party that night. There is a lot of construction/refurbs going on right now which is why i will try not to return until summer of 18. My 6YO has been 10 times now so we go 1-3 time per year. The Boneyard refurb in AK hit us harder than TSMM. With 2 young boys that is a goldmine while we ride Everest. .
