Is the line super long for Toy Story Mania? How long of a wait is it usually? What is the best time to ride?

We just got back a week ago, and rode Toy Story Mania several times, at all times of the day. :3dglasses

In our experience, the wait time was usually posted as 60-70 minutes at the place we got in line, but it moved fast and our wait was usually about 30 minutes.

Twice it was broken down. One day we were there about 10:30 (1/2 hr after park opening) and they had not been able to get it going yet, but they were allowing people to wait if they wanted to. Another time we were there in the afternoon and it was broke down probably about an hour, they did make people get out of line that time.

We went on twice last Saturday. Both times the posted wait time was 45 minutes but we only waited 29 minutes the first time and 25 minutes the second time. It is now our new favorite ride! We are going back next weekend and can't wait to play again!

We rode it twice. Both times were about 40 minutes which is what the sign said. Don't miss this ride! :)

I was there this past weekend and the wait was about 25-30mins, wasnt bad compared to other days which was atleast 1hr.

I just rode it today. It was posted 60 minutes but we only stayed in line for 45 minutes

I would think so only because the crowds should be less, except for maybe holidays. The thing is, the ride is very good and people will go back to it. :)

So because of the new ride....has DCA, in general, been more crowded? Has the line for California Screamin' been longer?

We're going January 21st - 26th so I'm hoping the crowds won't be too bad.

Just got back last night and Toy Story Midway Mania's line was not long at all. It usually lasted 30-40 minutes. Let me tell you, the wait is worth it. The ride is amazing. Also, you get to see Mr. Potato Head during the queue!! So, don't worry about the wait.

Overall, CA was less crowded than when I went two summers ago. The wait for Screamin was about the same as usual. Soarin can get long, but with FPs it isn't bad.
