Toy Story Land Summer 2018

As many have already guessed and assumed Toy Story land will open in Summer 2018 most likely during Memorial Day weekend just like Pandora did.

Mostly it's those signs. They look ridiculous in my opinion. When the land was first announced I wasn't too thrilled but it looked much better than this.

The signs are designed to look like toy packaging. I think it will look great once completed. Hopefully there are no delays and it'll be ready before my trip.

We are going Memorial Day week too. Not sure if it opening then is a good thing after watching the craziness of Pandora. But either way we are excited!

Summer could be as late as September for Disney and probably has been that at least once before.

I think it was always stated to be a much needed kids area in DHS.

The immersion is the feeling that you are one of the toys in Andys back yard. So any signage would/should look like a young child did it.

never read anything about it before this so I didn't know. I wasn't saying it was a bad thing, was just wondering the age range it was aimed at.

I am actually pretty surprised that they anticipate it to be open in 2018! I was expecting 2019.

I still wish they would have focused on more Pixar movies instead of just Toy Story (I want a Soarin' type ride for Up and anything with Wall-E, dangit) but I am sure this will be great

This should be done early summer considering all buildings are vertical rn and the coaster track is all in place

Yes, my kids will love this land! They were 4 and 1 last time we went and DHS had very little they enjoyed. I think it will be a good addition for kids.

the video from the expo looked like that slinky coaster had a loop...y is Florida always getting the light version of a ride?
