Toy Story EMM question...

Is this something people can cancel and get their money back? Meaning might spaces open up? We don't leave until 4pm on our last day at WDW and that's one of the times it's offered, so I was thinking it might be fun to do for the morning...but it's full. Just wondering if it's worth checking back for spaces or if it's non refundable and people won't cancel.
