We are going on the Dream for. 5 day on June 28...do you think they will be showing Toy Story 4 since it opens June 20? I had assumed they would, but I noticed that on a Navigator from the Dream cruise June 1 they were not showing Aladdin even though it opened a few days prior...

Yes it will definitely be playing. Aladdin played 6 times during that cruise you are talking about that you said didn’t play Aladdin.

As noted, it will be onboard. DCL PremEARS movies onboard the same day they premiere on land.

It's not advertised beforehand that a new movie will be showing, it just happens.

I just realized I looked at the June 1 2018 Navigator instead of 2019 because I am an idiot :) I thought the movie selection seemed a bit old, ha! Thanks for pointing it out!

We were on Dream on May 27 cruise and they had Aladdin on the Walt Disney Theatre as well as the regular theatre.

We also got to watch a long preview of Toy Story 4 while on board. It was amazing.

I am very positive that they will show TS 4 after the June 20 release date.

I am really afraid that the only movie theater choices that will be on the July 21 Double Dip will be Aladdin (saw it...it was as meh as I expected), Toy Story 4 (not a franchise fan, and it ended perfectly with 3...no need...will not waste time), and The Lion King (I am so over the overkill on this movie...only positive is they've stopped saying "live action"). And possibly Avengers (ick...DCEU girl here).

UGH!

Oh well. It'll be more time for reading I guess.

The cruise director will say it's a special treat but in reality it will play multiple times and probably 3d as well.
