Toy Castle

When we were visiting in April, my DD saw the toy castles in the stores and had a fit over them. (It's the large one that looks like Cinderella's Castle.) I couldn't justify purchasing one and hiding it for Christmas so early in the year. Well; with weeks to go before the holidays, guess what she put on her list. If I call one of the stores, can they take payment information over the phone and ship it to us? Does anyone know? Thanks for helping out a Mommy that should have known better.

Call WDW Merchandising, and fast! They tend to sell out before Christmas. They can ship it. It's $74.95 (no tax if sending outside of Florida) and $14.95 for standard ground shipping.

Yes, you can do that. That's what I did a few years ago when my DD was about the same age as yours. She's now almost 9 & still gets it out to play sometimes. I love all the little pieces, just make sure she has something to keep them in!

You can also call the World of Disney store in New York City. I am pretty sure they had it. Their shipping was much cheaper!

I hope you are able to get one. DD got one when we last year and we had it shipped home. It took almost two weeks to get it. But she plays wtih it everyday. I have keep it in the family room so the pieces don't get lost. She has all the little Disney Princess polly pocket type dolls and she keeps all the stuff together and plays with it all the time. It was definitly worth the money.

You can come over and play with ours...... cause I got one today. I'm super excited. (I can't wait to play with it too.) My DD is going to love this! Her princesses have been playing in the dollhouse and they are clearly overdressed. Thanks again for the information guys. You helped make her Christmas "magical".

We got one when we were there a week and a half ago. I'm going to be a little anxious until it arrives. I'd looked at them before on ebay, and didn't think I liked it, but in person it was so pretty! I can't wait to give it to her on Christmas! Oh, and this one's from mommy and daddy. She's asked Santa for a choo choo train.

You guys and the Disboards are so great!! So many good ideas!! I've got Christmas taken care of but I was stressing about a "wow" item to get DD for her 3rd birthday which is close enough after Christmas that the stores usually aren't fully restocked so we have to buy before. You guys figured it out for me- I just got off the phone and the castle is on its way!!! She is going to love it as she is crazy about all the Princesses, especially Cinderella. She wears her Cinderella dress pretty much at some point every day, and I can't even tell you how many times I've watched Cinderella, Cinderella II and Cinderella III. Funny thing is I asked her which Princess she wants to see the most when she makes her 1st trip to WDW which is coming up (thinking I already knew the answer)- and she says "Jasmine"

I hope they don't sell out before Thanksgiving! My six year old wanted one when we were there in April and we told her to wait 'til November because we are driving and could bring it home in our car (in April we flew). She has been working hard around the house earning her own money and saving her tooth fairy money. She has enough to buy it herself and is so proud! She will be devastated if it's not there!!! We leave in 2 weeks and will head to DTD our first day!

My daughter loves hers and she's had it over a year. It lives at Grandma's house and since Grandma's only a couple of miles away, it sees a lot of use!
