Towncar service - please help!!!

My DH, DD4 and I are travelling from Australia and need to towncar service for a couple of trips. We will be travelling from Anaheim to Santa Monica so need it for that (we have a side trip to make on the way) and then a day tour in LA (we don't want to do the hop on hop off or another tour, we want to see specific things) Driving ourselves is not an option and neither is public transport - that is too complicated and takes ages. I've been searching for weeks and there are so many companies and most of them look good on their websites but once I read reviews - if I can find reviews - they all seem to have problems. I've read about services that quote an hourly rate but then add on taxes and fees after or are rude, or don't turn up, it just goes on and on!
Can someone please recommend an honest, reliable and reasonably priced towncar service that they've used that they can recommend...Please!!!

Honest, reliable; Anaheim Town car Services not the least expensive and for general touring they may be expensive.

I would also recommend American Executive Town Car. I have never used them for touring but they are honest and reliable. On the expensive side.

Sunny's Transportation is inexpensive. I used them once and liked the service.

Remember that it's rare for people who liked the service to post reviews to most are negative. Could be 20 to 1 positive experience but that one will post an online review.
