Keep in mind that there are no companies out there that have a perfect record. I don't think I have ever seen a company that has made every client perfectly happy. I have used several different companies (about 4 to date) and they have all left something to be desired...sometimes something very small but none of them was perfect. Well, Tiffany was but that one time was in '01 and that particular driver is no longer with them.
You are always going to find someone to give a less than stellar opinion of every single company. So, don't go nuts trying to find the 'perfect' company.

Thank you! The company I booked with did show up as a bunch of stars. I was afraid to mention that because I didn't want points. So that's why I was changing. Besides they called to tell me they were booked solid. So it was a good thing I kept looking.

So, stupid question from a newbie. How can you tell which two companies are banned, like of you wanted to avoid doing business with them?

If you try typing their name in then click Preview Post if you can still see their names they are okay. If you only see a bunch of stars they are banned. That's how I found out. I previewed my post and saw the stars and went OOPS.
