TOWL during MNSSHP

We are staying at BLT during a week where there are four MNSSHPs during our stay - but we are not planning on going to a party. Can you still go to the TOWL and watch the Halloween Party fireworks and hear the music? I know you can do this during normal Wishes - just curious if it works for these nights too?

Yes, we've been to the TOWL on a MNSSHP night and yes they piped in the music. It was great!
