Is the Tower of Terror shut down for repairs? Just wondering because there is no fast passes. Is this ride usually booked up foe fast passes?

For today ? Or a future date?

I believe it’s currently operating at 50% capacity but not sure how long that’s scheduled to go for.

well my fast passes window is tomorrow and I was just checking and noticed it was all booked up and it usually isn't like that. Going June 28 - July 5

Just read about the redo on TOT says its only got half open like ENJDisney Fan said. Limited fast passes...

We're going in 2 weeks. I booked late, about 70 days out maybe?
I've been able to get FP for everything, even FOP with the exception of TOT.
We're going to go straight there after rope drop.

Correct, there are two side of the ride with elevators. They are renovating one side at a time to keep it open. I suppose if they closed it at this point, there would be little to do in the park until Galaxy's Edge opens.

Here is a good diagram of the attraction. I don't believe they are doing the two main drop shafts at the moment. If they are I haven't heard of those being closed but they are working on one load/story shaft at a time. There are 4 of those total.

I was really intrigued by the diagram in your post, so I went onto the website to see what other Disney Blueprints were on there...

I did not try for TOT. We are only going to After Hours that day and I only had enough time for one FP. I got Slink Dog, should I of gotten TOT instead? We like TOT more than Slinky. I wonder how bad the lines are at After Hours for TOT?

Gosh, look at all that stuff. Now I'm more scared to ride it than I was before.

Thanks for posting the diagram of the ride. That is AWESOME! I still think this is the most immersive ride in the park and very underrated when compared to some of the other shiny new rides. It is so much more than a drop ride.

I love this diagram. I basically know it all but it is really cool seeing it written out. In my head the boiler room is the basement. Logically I know we don’t go down from the lobby to get to it but in my head we do (if that makes sense). Also cool that the drop takes you below the lobby. Again I probably should have known that but never realized it. I really love this diagram
