Kim - thanks for the tip! I usually end up renting from Alamo each time. They come in the cheapest, and I think I usually managed to get an extra driver for no cost through them somehow. I will have to work on this tomorrow morning at work. The times I haven't used Alamo, it's been Dollar. We need a 10 day rental, so here's hoping for a fabulous deal!

Just a car rental FYI for anyone that might find this helpful - the Alamo Wal-Mart codes on mousesavers usually include an additional driver. We almost always go with that when we rent, unless there is a much better deal elsewhere. Turns out Alamo was cheapest for us also. Although a 10 day rental is still pricey, IMO!

DH and I will be there the week before the event. We will be interested in meeting up, but right now probably will not be doing MNSSHP.

I will focus on Tot after CDC I think.

We get there the evening of the 24th, yes "early birders" meets. She can join us for dinner on the 24th at the brewery or ESPN or where ever.

Lot of good living in central FL is going to do me! I won't be able to be here for TOT weekend! I just found out I have to go to a family weekend in VA that weekend. I am so disappointed because I was really looking forward both to the TOT event and seeing so many WISHers.

I may still get to see some of you early birds or those who will be hanging around the week after the race. I am not sure exactly what our travel schedule will be - we may go just for the weekend, or we may spend a few days before the wedding in VA. Either way, we should be home either the 29th or 30th, depending on whether we decide to spend Sunday after the wedding in Busch Gardens VA riding Griffon and the other coasters there. I need more info on the wedding plans first.

Did I mention how disappointed I am about missing TOT??? I have had no desire to train since I found out, even though I will still be doing the Komen event at WWoS in Sept. I'd better get back on track soon.
