So I guess what you're really suggesting is not the Tower of Terror hotel, but a retro 'Classic Hollywood' resort. Something like the Hotel Bel Air, Beverley Hills Hotel, or the Hollywood Roosevelt?

I have the feeling that to do what you are suggesting would put a resort like this (price wise) way above the GF. I wonder of the niche market for something like this wouldn't be too small for something that expensive.

Mine is a International Resort with buildings themed like the countries in WS BUT it would be moderate since the Epcot area only has deluxes..
