My daughter is doing the Tower of Terror 10 miler in October. I know there are host hotels. Are you able to purchase a whole package thru run disney for hotel, tickets and dining?

Yes, you can purchase a discounted packed through Run Disney, but often, the general public discount is a better deal. You just have to price it out.
