Are there towels at the pool area? Or do you bring them from your room?

There are towels in the pool area. They are not beach-towel-sized, so if that is important to you, you may wish to bring your own.

There are towels at the pool area. However, when we visited last fall, none were available one afternoon because so many people had abandoned their used towels on their chairs, tables, etc. There are convenient bins for their return, but I guess that required too much effort on the part of some guests!

This happened to me too at AKL but at the other Disney resorts I've stayed at they had cast members picking up towels on the ground.

The poolside management was one of the very few things that irked me about AKL. They frequently ran out of towels. Not a big deal, just a minor nuisance. Always solved by talking to a CM in the bar or something.

We just got back and had no trouble with towels. The bins were full to overflowing, even over busy Easter week-end.
