Towels at TL or BB

Do you need to bring your own beach towels to BB or TL?

You can bring your own towels, or rent them at the park. I think the last time we went it was only about $1 per towel. (But that was 2002)

It's been a while, but I think they were smaller than beach towel size.

I agree, but what about the linens in the hotel or villa you will be staying in?

They still rent towels for $1.00. They are bath size and not very thick. We take our own beach towels. You can either rent a locker or stake a claim on a lounger. I left my bag on a lounger with towels and non valuables - nothing was touched.

I went to TL & BB last July03 and as I was a guest at a WDW hotel I showed my Guest pass and they gave me the towels to use. I would have had to leave an ID of some sort to use the childrens life vests. I just brought the one I was given to use during my stay at CR.

OBTW if you are thinking of buying a beach wrap/skirt they sell at both TL & BB. They cost me $22 each. They had the same ones at Walmart for $11.99. Oh well now I know better.

Also If you purchase the refillable mugs at your hotel, you can purchase a sticker(good for day purchased only) at the waterparks so you dont have to purchase new mugs. I did this and last year the stickers were $5 and the mugs to use all day were $10. As there were 5 of us it did save us some $$.

Thanks for the tip about the mugs! I had read that here before, but I didn't know it was for the resort mugs! That will be great! Do the water parks still have the meal vouchers there? How do the mugs work with the vouchers?
