Are the tours worth taking time out of your daily fun in the parks?

What ages are the tours geared for?

Do young children enjoy or understand any of the tours?

Did you enjoy your tour experience?

Thanks.

My daughter and mother went on the Wak in Walt's Footsteps tour when she turned 11. They loved it, very informative. She was a vey mature girl though.

I agree with the PP that "Walk in Walt's Footsteps" is fun, but I don't know if a young child will like it. In fact, I'm not sure that a child would like any of the tours. WDW has some tours that aimed at children; they include activities.

I've been on the Cruisin' California tour, which is a Segway tour of DCA. That was a lot of fun, but there is a minimum height restriction. You get to DCA around 7:00 AM before it opens and they train you to use the Segway and then you travel around the park as a group doing some obstacle routes. It isn't hard and it is a lot of fun. Now, however, as I think about it, I wonder if they are still doing that with all the construction?

I've also done the tour at the Grand Californian look at the architecture and artwork. Definitely an adult tour, or a teenager who has specific interest in those things.

Enjoy!
