Touring Strategy for group with thrill riders and Non thrill riders

Planing a trip in September for a group of 8 with half that love thrill rides and half that doesnt. Does anyone have like a touring plan spread sheet to organize fastpasses and who is doing what when? Or any other tips on how to basically have two different TP that run side by side for thrill rides vs. non. For example while half the group is riding big thunder the other half is at Tom Sawyer etc. Just trying to make it as organized as possible so were not in the position of sitting in the park arguing over where to go next. Or having one group doing nothing while one has fun. Thanks for any suggestions!
