Touring Plans Fax Room Request

I have never done this before but am considering it for our upcoming Sep trip. How do I make a room request to be faxed by touring plans. I have a TP subscription already. How successful are you at having your request granted?

Thanks I was in hurry when I posted and didnt realize I was on the wrong board.

I posted my results in another thread, however, we had a split stay between the Contemporary and the Poly, got the exact room number we asked for at the Contemporary, and got close to it with our stay at the Poly. This is something we do almost every trip and have had excellent results using their fax service.
