touring plan

Does anyone have a great touring plan for MK or Epcot that would be good for a mom, dad (35ish), grandparents (50ish), and a 11yo & 8yo boy? I know at MK we need to get a FP for SM right away and then go on Splash or Big Thunder right away, but after that, I'm open for suggestions. For Epcot, I want to do Test Track first or get a FP right away. My kids are dying to do Soaring....If you want to email me, I'm wowteacher@comcast.net.
