Coming up on my 60 days in a couple weeks, so I'm starting to rework plans and figure out times for Fastpasses.
When: Halloween week. Oct 30 - Nov 5.
Who: Me, my wife, my mom, three kids - daughters 4 & 9, son 7.
Plans: Google Spreadsheet
My thoughts: For the most part, I've kept things pretty open to allow for some wandering, exploration, and a chance for the kids to say "Oh, can we....". I don't plan on afternoon breaks outside of the park except maybe on our second MK day (Friday). I have no problem leaving the park for the day early, which is why most of our ADRs are early.
We're also interested in some characters in the park, but I've listed the big ones. I guess the Toy Story characters would be on the list too.
On our Epcot day, I'm not sure if I should make a backup Frozen FP+ or Test Track - really, my oldest daughter is the only one interested in TT.
I kind of just guessed at FP+ times, so no idea if they seem reasonable or not. I've never done this before. The only time I've gone as an adult was just me and my wife winging it for a single evening.
