Its hard to believe we leave in 5 days! This will be the first time visit so Im looking for some advise on a touring plan. I've read these boards and based on the info I've gotten we are going to take a very relaxed approach (coming from WDW vets)- no dinner res etc)

My goal really is to avoid the most crowded parks (I know they will be crowded) but if I can go to the lesser of the 2 - if there is such a thing- I would prefer that.

So my plan

Saturday - DCA-

Go back to DL for Fireworks

Sunday - DL

Second showing of Fantasmic (figuring everyone will be going home to go to work the next day :thumbsup2)

Monday & Tuesday (MM for DL) - Park hop & WOC - less crowds on the weekdays?

If anyone has any suggestions/advice I would greatly appreciate it. Does this sound like a good plan? Are we maximizing our days? We plan to stay in the parks all day (coming from the east coast that might be a little aggressive) but 2 adults with no kids we are hopeful and excited.

Thanks!

Depending on if you like street party type things, I'd consider checking out Mad T Party in DCA. The Flamingo stilt walker is pretty cool, and Tweedle Dee/Dum are interesting. You can pretty easily see one of the Mad T Party Band's set (on the hour) and make it back to DL in time for the second Fantasmic. (Note that the Mark Twain is currently undergoing refurb, so the ending to F! is a little different than normal.) Even on a Sunday night, I would anticipate that F! will be pretty busy/popular.

To some degree, yes, I think Mon/Tue will be less busy than the weekends because folks have to work and/or go to school.
