I signed up and paid for touring guide mike's service. I received my email and payment confirmation to my registered email address. I have also been on thier site and printed some touring plans. I tried to log in today and they cannot find me. I contacted them to please resend my information and they cannot locate me in their system. I feel ripped off. How is this possible? I even sent them a copy of my payment confirmation email and they still cannot locate me. I refuse to pay for this service again. What do I do?
